Just when you think you know when you think you know when everything is happening, your in-laws manage to surprise you with a baby shower at the annual family BBQ! Apparently, my husband knew about it and succeeding in keeping that a secret from me (sneaky little bugger) which in turn almost put me into early labour from hearing "SURPRISE" coming from around the corner!
I had lots of gift opening help from our adorable 2nd cousin, Stephanie, who was also quite resourceful with the tissue paper and wrapping paper for her "crafts" later in the afternoon.
